Buying a new home? Why get a home inspection? For peace of mind! Having your prospective home inspected can help avoid surprises down the road and will give you the information you need to make an informed decision about one of the biggest investments you will make. A home inspector will give you a non-biased, complete evaluation of your prospective home, to help you make a decision with confidence.

Selling your house? Why get a home inspection? To impress home-buyers interested in your property! A home inspection will allow you to provide proof of your home’s condition. Most home-buyers will want to have an inspection done prior to buying. If you’ve already done an inspection, closing can go much faster and you won’t have to wait for the prospective buyers to order an inspection. Having an inspection done before you find the prospective buyer will give you the opportunity to fix any problems or repairs that need to be done, so closing does not have to be delayed. Overall, a seller’s pre-listing home inspection can get you a better price for your home and speed up the closing process!

Thermal Imagery

Home Inspection Redmond & Bend Oregon: Home inspections are visual inspections, and we can only report on what we see. Thermal imaging gives us the ability to see beyond what is normally visible. We use a thermal imaging camera to accurately detect hot and cold spots in the home, which can find many problems with a home that were not visible to the naked eye.  Read more about what problems a Thermal Image can detect here.

Sewer Inspections

A Sewer Video Inspection determines the condition of underground sewer lines and other piping, by using a fiber optic camera. Customers will receive a video of their pipes and any defects or obstructions will be located to it’s exact location and marked on the ground. This has become a standard in the pre-purchase inspection period when buying a new home to prevent the buyer from unexpected emergency repairs in the future!
